      Course Overview

      The complexity of the oil and gas industries frequently results in projects being undertaken by joint ventures, alliances, and other strategic groupings. It also necessitates strategic procurements and outsourcing. Forming a successful vendor alliance, whatever its format, is a complex process requiring a high degree of experience and expertise. This programme focuses on and exposes participants to the processes and risks of procurement, some aspects of value chain management, the forms and the legal, and commercial principles that affect those relationships.
