Accessibility Statement
We want every executive, learner and partner to be able to use Oxford SBM, whatever their ability, device or way of browsing.
Last updated: 30 September 2026
1. Our commitment
Oxford SBM is committed to making oxford-sbm.com and Oxford Learning accessible and easy to use. Accessibility is part of how we design, build and test every page, course and credential.
2. Standards we follow
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make digital content more accessible for people with visual, hearing, motor, speech and cognitive disabilities.
3. What you can do on our site
- Navigate the whole site using only a keyboard, with a clearly visible focus indicator.
- Use a "skip to content" link to jump past the navigation.
- Use screen readers such as NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver and TalkBack, supported by meaningful headings, labels and landmarks.
- Switch between light and dark mode, both designed to meet contrast requirements.
- Zoom text up to 200% without losing content or function.
- Use the site comfortably on phones, tablets and desktops.
- Fill in forms with clear labels, instructions and error messages.
- Reduce motion, as we respect your device's reduced-motion setting.
4. How we test
- Automated accessibility checks run on key pages before every release.
- Keyboard and focus testing across the header, menus, forms, checkout and learning pages.
- Colour-contrast checks in both light and dark mode.
- Layout checks on mobile, tablet and desktop screen sizes.
5. Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible:
- Some older PDF brochures and downloads may not be fully tagged for screen readers.
- Some recorded videos may not yet have captions or transcripts.
- Embedded third-party content, such as maps and payment pages, is controlled by those providers.
We are working to fix these. If you need any content in another format, we will provide it on request.
6. Alternative formats and support
If you need information in a different format, such as accessible PDF, large print or plain text, or need adjustments to take part in a programme, assessment or event, please contact us. We will do our best to respond within 5 working days.
7. Accessible learning and assessments
Learners who need reasonable adjustments, such as extra time on assessments or alternative materials, can request them through Support or by emailing info@oxford-sbm.com before starting an assessment.
8. Feedback
If you find a barrier on our site, please tell us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do and the device or assistive technology you were using. Your feedback helps us improve.
9. Review of this statement
We review this statement regularly and update it as we make improvements. The date at the top shows the latest review.
