By accessing oxford-sbm.com, creating an account, enrolling in a course, requesting a credential or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

If you use our services on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.

Oxford School of Business & Management ("Oxford SBM") provides executive education, professional learning, digital credentials, corporate training and consulting & advisory services, with offices in Abuja, Nigeria.

• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
• Accounts are personal. You may not share access or let another person complete learning or assessments on your behalf.
• We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, including for academic misconduct.

• Course content on Oxford Learning may be accessed free of charge unless stated otherwise. Fees apply to credential issuance and to selected programmes.
• We may update, reorganise or retire course content to keep it current. We will not remove content you have paid for without offering a reasonable alternative or refund.
• Assessments must be completed honestly and without unauthorised help. Results obtained through misconduct may be cancelled.

• Credentials are issued only when eligibility requirements, such as completing modules and passing assessments, are met and any issuance fee has been paid.
• Each credential carries a unique number and verification code so employers and others can confirm it is genuine.
• The name on your credential must be your legal or professional name. Corrections can be requested through Support.
• We may revoke a credential issued in error or obtained through misconduct or fraud; the verification page will then show it as revoked.

• Prices are shown at checkout in the stated currency and include any applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe or Flutterwave. By paying, you also accept the payment provider's terms.
• A receipt and invoice are available in My Learning once payment is confirmed.
• Corporate programme fees are set out in the proposal, quotation or agreement issued to your organisation.

• Credential issuance fees are refundable within 14 days of payment if the credential has not yet been generated.
• Once a credential has been generated and made available, the fee is non-refundable except where it was issued in error.
• Programme and cohort cancellations are governed by the terms in your offer letter or enrolment agreement.
• To request a refund, contact info@oxford-sbm.com with your order reference. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 10 working days.
• Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Federal Competition and Consumer Protection Act 2018.

Proposals, consultations and quotations are provided for discussion and are not binding until both parties sign a written agreement or statement of work. Where such an agreement exists, it takes priority over these general terms for that engagement.

You agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Copy, scrape, resell or redistribute course materials without written permission.
• Post abusive, defamatory, discriminatory or misleading content in discussions.
• Submit false information through our forms or impersonate another person.
• Interfere with the security or performance of the platform.

All content, including courses, videos, frameworks, text, graphics, logos and software, is owned by or licensed to Oxford SBM. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use course materials for your own learning. Content you post in discussions remains yours, but you grant us a licence to display it on the platform.

AI-powered features are provided to support your learning and navigation. Responses may be incomplete or inaccurate and should not be relied upon as professional advice. Do not enter confidential or sensitive personal information.

Our site may link to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". While we work to keep the platform accurate and available, we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Completing a course or holding a credential does not guarantee any particular career outcome.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Oxford SBM is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits or loss of data. Our total liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to compensate Oxford SBM for losses arising from your breach of these terms or misuse of our services.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We encourage you to contact us first so we can try to resolve any concern informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved will be subject to the courts of the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the current version. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
