Key findings

Summarised from the published report. For full methodology and data, read the original at PwC.

  • Only three in ten CEOs (30%) say they are confident about revenue growth over the next 12 months, down from 38% in 2025 and 56% in 2022.
  • 56% of CEOs report zero revenue or cost benefit from AI so far, while just 12% have unlocked both.
  • CEOs whose organisations have established strong AI foundations, such as responsible-AI frameworks, are three times more likely to report meaningful financial returns from it.
